Refund and Returns Policy

Delivery

Local Orders

Your orders will be delivered within 2-5 business days all over Lebanon.

In the case where you wish to receive your order in the same day or on the next day, we urge you to inform us by contacting our Customer Support Team on +961 3 822 088 or on support@ostriderm.com and we will try to meet your requirements. (Extra delivery charges may apply depending on your location and requirements).

Our shipments will be delivered via third party trusted logistics partner.

International Orders

We currently do not offer international shipping, but we are working on making this option available, we will post an announcement on our platforms when international orders become available.

Payment Method

We currently only offer the Pay on Delivery payment service. You can choose to pay either in USD or in LBP at the daily market exchange rate of the day when you receive your order.

Returns

We undertake preserving the quality of our products very strictly. We are happy that you understand that due to hygienic and safety reasons we cannot offer returns or refunds for delivered products.

Damaged Orders

We have designed our packages with a high level of protection to ensure you receive your order in premium conditions.

In the rare and unlikely event where you receive a damaged order, we request from you to immediately take pictures of the damaged item(s) and contact our Customer Support Team on +961 3 822 088 or on support@ostriderm.comwithin 1-2 days of receiving your order. Our team will inspect the case to initiate a replacement order. Your replacement will be sent free of charge.
